We do our best to make our buyers have a good shopping experience, so if there is a problem with the dress , and you don't want it, please contact us to return the dress. 

What kinds of conditions can be returned?

If the dress has quality problem, wrong color, or wrong delivery time,  buyer can return the dress for a full refund.

Please read the details of return policy:

Because of our problems, for Quality Problem, Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Not Finished , Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress. Buyers choose the wrong size, we don't accept return.

For Custom size or custom color party dress returning, only can be refunded 50% of the dress price, because custom dress can't  be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding. 

We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look good on you, but actually there is no any problem on the dress, thank you for your understanding.

For returning correctly, please follow the steps:

1. Contact us in a week after receiving the dress. 
2. Please give us the photos of the dress, to show evidence of problems with the dress. This is a very important step.
3. The returned item must be in the new condition, that means you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
4. Please give us the tracking number after you ship back the dress.
5. You need to pay the shipping fee for returning the dress.
